摘 要:农业机械化是《中国制造2025》的重点研究领域与发展内容。玉米是我国重要的粮食作物之一,在我国种植面积较为广泛,因此对我国青贮收获机的适应性、自动化和智能化提出更高的发展要求。针对青贮收获机电液控制系统开展研究,基于青贮收获机基本功能原理与信息化管理要求进行理论分析,提出青贮收获机总体审计方案,并提出基于CAN总线的电液控制系统,对各个控制部分进行论述,最后对青贮收获机电液控制系统进行分析。研究结果对于提高青贮收获机信息化和智能化控制水平提供技术参考,对于全面提升农业机械化水平具有一定的推动作用。Agricultural mechanisation is the key research area and development content of Made in China 2025.Maize is one of the important food crops in China and is widely planted in China,therefore,higher development requirements are put forward for the adaptability,automation and intelligence of silage harvesters in China.This study focuses on the electro-hydraulic control system of silage harvesters.Firstly,a theoretical analysis is made based on the basic functional principles and informatiomanagement requirements of silage harvesters;secondly,the overall audit scheme of silage harvesters is proposed,and an electro-hydraulic control system based on CAN bus is proposed,and each control part is discussed,and finally,the electro-hydraulic control system of silage harvesters is verified and analysed.The research results provide technical reference for improving the level of information and intelligent control of silage harvesters,and have a certain role in promoting the overall improvement of agricultural mechanisation.
