摘 要:近年来,我国农业机械产业得到快速发展,农机产品的种类得到持续丰富,葵花籽作为我国广泛栽培的经济作物,相关的机械化技术也得到了发展。在葵花籽的产后加工阶段,分选工序常常耗费大量的人力物力,为进一步提高分选效率,应使用专用设备替代人工作业。基于此,分析了葵花籽品质分选设备技术研究情况和不足之处,介绍了典型机械设备的原理与特征,并对葵花籽品质分选设备的技术研发趋势进行深入分析。In recent years,China’s agricultural machinery industry has developed rapidly,and the variety of agricultural machinery products has been continuously enriched.As a widely cultivated cash crop in China,sunflower seeds have also been developed in relevant mechanization technologies.In the post production processing stage of sunflower seeds,the sorting process often consumes a lot of manpower and resources.To further improve the sorting efficiency,specialized equipment should be used to replace manual operations.Based on this,the research status and shortcomings of sunflower seed quality sorting equipment technology were analyzed,the principles and characteristics of typical mechanical equipment were introduced,and the technological research and development trends of sunflower seed quality sorting equipment were analyzed in depth.
