摘  要:航天器用星箭连接带的材料为TB2钛合金,对表面质量要求严格。提出电化学–电化学机械组合抛光TB2钛合金的方法,通过机械作用控制表面TiCl4黏性层厚度,设计了固结磨料工具阴极,搭建了电化学机械抛光试验系统。开展了不同组合形式的电化学–电化学机械组合抛光优选试验,研究了电压、工具转速、进给速度等工艺参数对组合抛光后表面质量的影响,最后,在电压25 V、工具阴极转速100 r/min、工具阴极进给速度30 mm/min,电化学抛光1次+电化学机械抛光1次组合形式交替加工15次的条件下,获得了表面粗糙度Ra0.031μm、Sa0.082μm的表面。实现了TB2钛合金薄板零件的连续抛光。The material of satellite rocket connecting belt is TB2 titanium alloy,which has strict requirements on surface quality.A novel method of electrochemical–electrochemical mechanical polishing of TB2 titanium alloy was proposed,the thickness of adhesive layer of TiCl4 near workpiece surface is controlled by mechanical action.A tool with consolidated abrasive was designed and a electrochemical mechanical polishing system was established.Experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of different combination modes of electrochemical polishing and electrochemical mechanical polishing on surface quality,and the influences of typical process parameters such as voltage,tool rotation speed and feed rate on surface quality.Finally,under the conditions of machining voltage 25 V,tool rotation speed 100 r/min and tool feed speed 30 mm/min,a smooth surface with surface roughness Ra0.031μm and Sa0.082μm was obtained after alternating electropolishing and electrochemical mechanical polishing for 15 times.The continuous polishing of TB2 titanium alloy sheet parts was realized.
