摘  要:探讨压力法制备硬脂酸锌,以硬脂酸与氧化锌质量比为500:78,在高压反应釜中试验,温度区间为145~165℃,压力0.2~0.5 MPa,反应时间3 h,温度选择150~160℃比较适宜。产品锌含量、游离酸值符合一级品要求,熔化状态基本呈透明状,产率理论值接近99.5%。反应过程无原料及产品损失,无环境污染。反应时间短,生产周期短,投料方便,无催化剂消耗。This paper mainly discusses the preparation of zinc stearate by the pressure method.A test was carried out in a high-pressure reactor while the mass ratio of stearic acid to zinc oxide was 500:78,the temperature range from 145 Cto165 C,and the pressure was 0.2~0.5 MPa.The reaction time was 3 hours,and the optimal temperature was 150~160℃.As a result,the zinc content and free acid of the product met the requirements of first-class products.The melting state was basically transparent,and the theoretical value of yield was close to 99.5%.There was neither loss of raw materials and products nor environmental pollution in the reaction process.In conclusion,the preparation method is characterized by less reaction time and short production cycle,and being convenient to feed without catalyst consumption.
