摘　　要：通过添加环保稳定剂和相应辅助助剂,采用压延成型制备出适合水性油墨高速印刷的新型环保不含有机锡PVC地砖塑料薄膜,分析其表面张力、粗度、力学性能、透射率等的结果表明,该塑料薄膜印刷性能优于普通有机锡制作的PVC地砖薄膜,适合水性油墨高速印刷,环保性能达到欧盟EN71-3、RoHS、REACH等标准,且物理及力学性能可满足市场要求,产品发展前景广阔。In this paper,a new type of green tin-free PVC floor tile plastic films suitable for water-based ink high-speed printing are prepared by an eco-friendly stabilizer and corresponding auxiliary agents added through calendering.The test results of surface tension,coarseness,mechanical properties and transmittance show that the printing performance of the prepared plastic films is superior to that of PVC floor tile films made of ordinary organic tin,and they are suitable for water-based ink high-speed printing.And the films'environmental protection performance is in line with many international standards such as European Union EN71-3,RoHS,REACH,etc.and their physical and mechanical properties can meet the market needs.In conclusion,the product has a broad development prospect.
