摘　　要：二尖瓣反流是目前最常见的心脏瓣膜病,既往二尖瓣反流的治疗以外科开胸二尖瓣修复或置换手术为主,但随着近年来经导管介入手术技术及器械的进步,经导管二尖瓣介入治疗也逐渐展现其优势,并让患者受益。本文旨在回顾2022年度经导管二尖瓣介入治疗的相关进展,并展望经导管二尖瓣治疗的未来。Mitral regurgitation is the most common heart valvular disease at present.In the past,mitral regurgitation was mainly treated by surgical mitral valve repair or replacement.However,with the progress of transcranial catheter interventional techniques and instruments in recent years,transcatheter mitral valve interventional therapy has gradually shown its advantages and benefited patients.The purpose of this article is to review the progress of transcatheter mitral valve intervention in this year,and to provide prospects for the future of transcatheter mitral valve treatment.
