京津冀产业结构与就业结构匹配度研究

摘　　要：提高产业结构与就业结构的匹配度是推动经济高质量发展的重要抓手。基于京津冀2001一2020年产业结构与就业结构发展相关数据,本文在梳理产业结构与就业结构演进路径基础上,分析两者之间的相关系数、协调系数,并进一步探究影响产业结构与就业结构协调匹配发展的原因。研究发现:京津冀产业结构与就业结构总体呈现出“三二一”的结构模式,其相关性和协调性不断提高;但京津冀各地区产业结构与就业结构的发展水平、相关性、协调性存在明显差异,表现为京津冀地区经济发展差异显著影响了产业结构与就业结构的协调匹配效果。因此,应加快建设京津冀一体化要素市场,降低地区间经济发展差异,推进京津冀产业结构与就业结构的协调匹配发展。Improving the matching degree of the industrial structure and employment structure is an important starting point for promoting high-quality economic development.Based on the data of the industrial structure and employment structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2001 to 2020,on the basis of the evolution path of the industrial structure and employment structure,this paper analyzes the correlation coefficient and coordination coefficient between the industrial structure and employment structure,and further explores the reasons that affect the coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure.The research finds:the industrial structure and employment structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei generally show a"three-two-one"structural model,and their correlation and coordination are constantly improving.However,there are obvious differences in the development level,correlation and coordination of the industrial structure and employment structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the economic development difference significantly affects the coordination and matching effect of the industrial structure and employment structure.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the construction of the integrated factor market of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,reduce the differences in economic development between regions,and promote the coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
