摘　　要：住房问题作为城市化进程的伴生物,事关民生福祉、经济发展与共同富裕。党的二十大报告指出,“群众在就业、教育、医疗、托育、养老、住房等方面面临不少难题”,从短缺经济的增量时代,迈入小康经济的存量时代,中国式现代化进程中大城市的住房问题也发生变化,其突出体现在房价畸高,职住不平衡,青、新、务工群体住房困难等方面。As a byproduct of the world’s urbanization process,the housing issue is related to people’s livelihood,economic development,and common prosperity.In order to explore the solution to the problem of housing in large cities,provide support for China’s economy and institutional guarantee for common prosperity,we have invited experts and scholars in relevant fields to discuss the“high-quality development path of the housing issue in large cities”from multiple levels.Professor Chen Jie believes that it is necessary to accelerate the transition from capital-driven development to benefit-driven and value-driven development,and to abandon the capitalization of residential space as the main driving force for housing development.Researcher Dai Xiaobo proposed that the highquality development of housing in large cities should focus on attracting talent and creating livable and business-friendly environments.Researcher Qin Hong believes that the renewal of existing housing stock is an important path to solve the persistent housing problem in big cities.Researcher Ni Pengfei called for efforts to promote the“Livelihood Project for Young and New Citizens”in Chinese large cities,especially by increasing the construction of property rights-based affordable housing,expanding the housing supply for young and new citizens,and establishing a comprehensive policy system and effective protection mechanism.Professor Yao Lingzhen suggested to strengthen government responsibility by clarifying living standards,innovating mechanisms to increase the supply of affordable rental housing for migrant workers,and improving policies to enhance the ability of migrant workers to pay for rental housing.Professor Ye Yumin proposed the construction of a third pillar of large city rental housing-rental housing for villagers,forming a new pattern of rental housing supply in China’s large cities,with public rental housing and collective rental housing standing side by side.Professor Yu Xiaofen believes that large cities should increase th
