摘　　要：本文对B737NG机型起飞后起落架手柄不能移至上位的故障现象展开分析,提出此故障现象可能存在的风险及解决办法,希望通过科学的训练体系和手段来进一步提高飞行员各方面的能力,最终让飞行员能以良好的能力来处置各类特殊情况。Based on the analysis of the fault phenomenon that the landing gear lever can not move up of B737NG after take-off,this paper puts forward the possible risks and solutions to the fault phenomenon,hoping that the pilots'ability in all aspects can be further improved through scientific training system and means on the basis of solid theoretical knowledge and that the pilots can deal with all kinds of abnormal situations well.
