基于IFAHP的行业院校研究生培养质量影响因素研究

摘　　要：为了探究行业院校研究生培养质量主要影响因素,采用直觉模糊层次分析法(IFAHP),构建以自身因素、导师因素、课程因素、学校因素和社会因素为基础的行业院校研究生培养质量影响因素结构模型。通过对所有指标进行权重计算,得到各个影响因素对研究目标的权重排序。结果显示导师的道德水平对于行业院校研究生的培养质量影响最大,其次是课程的授课质量和导师的指导方法等。根据所得到的结果,结合行业发展特性以及研究生培养现状,提出以下改进策略:坚持立德树人为核心,提升导师道德品质;完善课程监督体系,提升课程授课质量;加大导师培训力度,提升导师指导水平;深度理解国家政策,合理有效扩大规模。In order to explore the main influencing factors of postgraduate students'training quality in industry colleges,the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(IFAHP)is used to construct the structural model of influencing factors of postgraduate students'training quality in industry colleges based on their own factors,supervisor factors,course factors,school factors and society factors.By calculating the weights of all indicators,the weight ranking of each influencing factor on the research objectives is obtained.The results show that the moral level of supervisors has the greatest influence on the quality of postgraduate students in industry colleges followed by the course teaching quality and supervisors'guidance method,etc.According to the results of calculation,combined with industry development characteristics and present situation of graduate education,this paper puts forward the following strategies:taking fostering virtue and cultivating talents as the core and enhance the moral quality of the supervisors,improving the course supervision system to strengthen the course teaching quality,intensifying the training efforts of supervisors to improve the guidance level of supervisors and understanding national policies to expand the scale in a reasonable and effective way.
