摘　　要：做好新时代高校教师思想政治工作是高等教育发展的战略任务,对建设社会主义教育强国的总体战略部署起着重要作用。将劳动精神塑造作为教师思想政治工作的重要内容,为提升教师思想政治素养提供新的内容供给与路径选择。本文对高校教师劳动精神塑造的生成逻辑、价值意义、现实问题和实践路径进行探讨,希望能为高校教师劳动精神的塑造提供依据和对策,从而为丰富教师思想政治工作内涵、提升教师思想政治素养提供参考。It is a strategic task of the development of higher education to commit to the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era,which plays an important role in the overall strategic blueprint of building a strong socialist education system.Incorporating the shaping of work spirit into the scope of the ideological and political work of teachers provides a new content supply and approach option for improving ideological and political literacy of teachers.This article discusses the generation logic,theoretical value,realistic problems,and practical approaches of shaping the work spirit of university teachers,in order to provide basis and countermeasures for shaping the work spirit of university teachers,and to provide reference for enriching the connotation of ideological and political work of teachers and improving the ideological and political literacy of teachers.
