摘　　要：根据作战力量建设评估需要,重点研究了基于EUO架构的战场网络作战能力生成模型。首先,从作战能力生成的分层构建思想入手,阐述了战场网络作战能力生成的EUO架构内涵,对作战要素能力、作战单元能力、作战行动能力和作战程序链分别进行了定义说明,分析了层级能力生成关系;之后,通过叠加要素的自衍生作用、互耦合作用、单元的促优化作用和外部环境的影响波动作用,构建了战场网络作战从要素能力、单元能力到行动能力的动态生成模型;最后,通过反无人机作战行动想定实例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为战场网络作战能力建设提供模型和方法支撑。According to the needs of combat force construction and evaluation,the research focuses on the battlefield network combat capability generation model based on the EUO architecture.Firstly,starting with the idea of hierarchical construction of combat capability generation,this paper ex-pounds the connotation of EUO architecture of battlefield network combat capability generation,de-fines the combat element capability,combat unit capability,combat action capability and combat program chain respectively,and analyzes the relationship of hierarchy capability generation;secondly,through the self-derivation and mutual coupling of superposition elements,the dynamic generation model of battlefield network combat from factor capability,unit capability to action capability is con-structed by the optimization of unit and the fluctuation of external environment;finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by an example of anti-UAV operation,which provides the model and method support for the construction of battlefield network combat capability.
