摘　　要：在全球面临“照料危机”的背景下,照料工作被赋予何种意义?政治经济学视角从宏观层面、文化视角从微观层面得出的结论相互矛盾。在有别于这两种视角的“三层次—三制度—三身份”交织性分析框架下,迁移/流动、性别和照料三个维度互动交织,贯穿于照料工作在宏观、中观和微观层次的组织过程中,从而持续影响着照料工人对照料工作的意义赋予,使其成为一个充满了复杂性和矛盾性的过程。在一个长时段、整体性、关系性的意义系统中,照料工人对照料工作充满了好坏夹杂的复杂体验。而在宏观和中观层面分配照料工作的过程中,产生了缓解跨国/跨地区的经济不平等却加深了女性和被贬低的照料工作进一步捆绑的矛盾性后果。How is the value of care work perceived under the background of the global"care crisis"?Research from a political economic perspective and a cultural angle offer contradictory answers.Based on the life narratives of two fe-male care workers,employing an intersectional framework of"three levels-three regimes-three identities"of"migration/mobility-gender-care",this research explores how the three dimensions of"migration/mobility""gender"and"care"have been interacting with each other,embedded in the organization processes of care work on the macro,meso and mi-cro levels,and how these have been affecting the value perception of care workers.It depicts the complexity and ambiva-lence during the value perception.In a long-term,holistic and relational meaning system,the care workers assign com-plex significance toward care work,which is both good and bad.When care work is distributed on both macro and meso levels,ambivalent consequences can be seen.While care work is somewhat alleviating the cross-regional/national eco-nomic inequalities,it is at the cost of deepening the further binding between women and devalued care work.
