摘 要:为提高混凝土路缘石的质量和生产效率,通过调整成型振动荷载和水灰比,研究了成型条件对干硬性混凝土路缘石抗压强度的影响。结果表明在成型振动荷载相同时,低成型振动荷载条件下,同一龄期的干硬性混凝土路缘石的抗压强度随着水灰比的增加而增大,而随着成型振动荷载的增大,干硬性混凝土路缘石抗压强度呈现出先增大后降低的趋势;在水灰比相同时,低水灰比条件下,同一龄期的干硬性路缘石混凝土的抗压强度随着成型振动荷载的增大而增大,而随着水灰比的增大,干硬性混凝土路缘石的抗压强度呈现出先增大后降低的趋势。其中,在水灰比为0.18,成型振动荷载为15MPa的条件下,干硬性混凝土路缘石的28d抗压强度达到最大值为43.2MPa。为低水灰比条件下干硬性混凝土路缘石的开发和生产提供了技术支撑。In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of concrete curbs,the influence of molding vi-bration load and water-cement ratio on the compressive strength of dry and hard concrete curbs was studied.The re-sults show that under the same molding vibration load and low molding vibration load,the compressive strength of stiff concrete curbs at the same age increases with the increase of water cement ratio,while with the increase of mold-ing vibration load,the compressive strength of stff concrete curbs presents a trend of first increasing and then de-creasing.At the same water cement ratio and under the condition of low water cement ratio,the compressive strength of stiff curb concrete at the same age increases with the increase of molding vibration load,while with the increase of water cement ratio,the compressive strength of stiff concrete presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Among them,under the condition that the water cement ratio is 0.18 and the molding vibration load is 15MPa,the 28d compressive strength of the stiff concrete curb base reaches the maximum value of 43.2MPa.This paper pro-vides a technical reference for the development and production of stiff curbs.
