摘 要:为研究性能化抗震设计方法在超限高层建筑中的应用。采用YJK、MIDAS分析结构的抗震性能,并采用STRAT对结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析。结构Y向剪重比略小于规范值,部分楼层墙柱出现墙肢偏拉的情况,连梁两侧区域的板产生应力集中。需要对结构Y向的剪重比进行调整,调整系数为1.019,框支柱、转换梁等构件满足性能设计要求,研究结果可为超限高层建筑抗震设计提供参考。To study the application of performance-based seismic design methods in high-rise buildings beyond limits.The seismic performance of the structure was analyzed using YJK and MIDAS,and the structure was subject-ed to dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis using STRAT.The shear weight ratio in the Y-direction of the structure is slightly less than the standard value,and some floors have wall columns that are pulled apart,resulting in stress concentration in the plates on both sides of the connecting beam.It is necessary to adjust the shear weight ratio in the Y-direction of the structure,with an adjustment coefficient of 1.019.The components such as frame col-umns and transfer beams meet the performance design requirements.The research results can provide a reference for the seismic design of high-rise buildings beyond the limit.
