摘 要:以山梨醇为起始剂,先以分步碱催化的方式对环氧化物进行开环聚合反应,再以双金属氰化物(DMC)为催化剂进一步对环氧化物进行开环聚合反应,分别讨论了催化剂种类、催化剂加入方式、催化剂含量、反应温度和进料速度等对合成高分子量、窄分布、低不饱和度山梨醇聚醚多元醇的影响,并得到了最佳制备工艺。制备过程节能环保,产品收率高,具有一定的社会和经济效益,且所得产品官能度高,发泡后具有优良的泡沫性能。Firstly the ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxide was carried out in a stepwise alkali-catalyzed manner with sorbitol as initiator,and then the further ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxide was carried out with double metal cyanide(DMC)as catalyst.The influence of the catalyst type,catalyst addition mode,catalyst content,reaction temperature and feeding rate.,etc.on the synthesis of the sorbitol polyether polyol with high molecular weight,narrow distribution and low unsaturation degree was discussed respectively.The optimal preparation process was obtained.The preparation process was energy-saving and environmental-friendly,with high product yield,certain social and economic benefits.Moreover,the obtained product had high functionality and excellent foam performance after foaming.
