摘　　要：为满足高温条件下作业岗位人员或军事人员对于鞋靴的特殊需求,兼顾鞋靴防护性能和凉爽舒适性能的要求,本文提出综合利用各种手段增强鞋靴的降温凉爽性能,开发一种凉感舒适的职业/作训鞋靴。这些手段包括在鞋帮适当部位开孔,采用凉感纤维面料制作鞋帮衬里和鞋垫面布,以及配置乳胶材质的多孔鞋垫等。最重要的手段是在鞋底设置由弹性呼吸室和特斯拉阀相互配合的精巧的单向排气结构,为鞋内提供足够的气体交换。经过排水集气法检测,新型凉感职业鞋靴穿着者每走一步,即可实现约2 mL左右的鞋内气体交换。通过排出鞋内气体,可以实现鞋内通风降温。综合采取各项措施,在充分保障鞋靴防护性能和牢固性能的基础上,强化了鞋靴穿着者足部的凉爽舒适感,对于提高长时间高温条件下人员的作业效率有着重要意义。The new cool-sense occupational footwear or combat footwear was developed to meet the special requirements from workers or soldiers,by balancing the protection performance and the cool sense and comfort properties.A series of technical improvements were adopted to achieve the cool-sense of the footwear,including making holes at the upper part of the footwear,fabricating the lining and the upper layer of the sole with cool-sense fabrics,and making the sole with porous and perforated latex materials.The most important innovation was the one-way degassing structure in the sole constituted by Tesla valves and the elastic breathable air chambers,which provided powerful gas exchange in the footwear.About 2 mL of gas exchange was achieved in every step of the wearer through the gasometrical method.Adequate gas exchange inside the footwear was good for the cool-sense and comfortable feeling of the wearer.All above measures improved the cool-sense and comfortable feeling of the wearer on the basis of adequate protection performance and firmness of the footwear,which was good for improving the work efficiency under high temperatures and long-term conditions.
