摘　　要：近年来,由于一些劳防用品的生产企业、经销商提供伪造的或不符合要求的检测报告,使得用人单位购买到不符合国家标准的劳防用品。本文通过调研分析,制作了用于用人单位查验检测报告的流程图,并从4个方面提出改进措施,确保用人单位在入口关守住劳防用品的质量,真正保护劳动者健康安全。In recent years,because of the forged or unqualified test reports,labor protection articles that do not meet the national standards made their way into the market.Through research and analysis,this paper develops a flow chart for employers to check the test report,and puts forward improvement measures from four aspects to ensure that employers maintain the quality of labor protection articles and truly protect the health and safety of workers.
