摘  要:为探究降低环氧沥青(EA)铺装经济成本的可行性以及EA结合料与混合料之间的固化特性关联,采用拉伸试验和旋转粘度试验分析了环氧树脂(EP)掺量对EA力学性能与粘度特性的影响规律,并通过红外光谱和马歇尔稳定度试验研究了EP掺加质量分数40%的EA及其混合料的固化特性。结果表明:EP掺加质量分数30%以上时EA的力学性能优异,并且在180℃下施工容留时间充足。EP掺加质量分数40%的EA在固化过程中其环氧基特征峰逐渐平缓,前24 h固化度达到75%以上。EA混合料养生24 h后,其稳定度可达42.03 kN,达到规范性能要求。EA混合料强度与结合料固化程度密切相关,在60℃/96 h养生期内,EA混合料强度和结合料固化度随时间变化表现出相同的规律,使用结合料代替混合料评估施工后的路面强度形成程度具有可行性。In order to explore the feasibility of reducing the economic cost of epoxy asphalt(EA)pavement and the correlation between the curing characteristics of EA binder and mixture,the tensile test and rotational viscosity test were used to analyze the influence of epoxy content on the properties and viscosity characteristics of EA.The curing characteristics of EA and its mixture with 40 wt%EP was investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Marshall stability tests.The results showed that EA with more than 30 wt%EP content had excellent mechanical properties and the construction allowable time at 180 C was sufficient.During the curing process of EA with 40 wt%EP content,the characteristic peaks of epoxy groups were gradually flattened with time,and the curing degree in the first 24 h could exceed 75%.After curing for 24 h,the stability of the the EA mixture could reach 42.03 kN,which met the performance requirements of the specification.The strength of the EA mixture was closely related to the curing degree of the binder.During the curing period of 60℃/96 h,the strength of the EA mixture and the curing degree of the binder showed the same pattern with time.It was feasible to use the binder instead of the mixture to evaluate the formation degree of pavement strength after construction.
