摘  要:将环氧复合材料用作沥青路面修复抗滑表层,以拉拔强度和紫外老化后的拉拔强度损失率为评价指标确定了环氧复合材料的最佳摊铺量。基于最佳摊铺量探究了界面污染程度及环境温度对环氧复合材料粘结性能的影响,并利用Zeta电位试验和CT扫描试验分析了环氧复合材料与路面结构的粘结机理。结果表明:提高环氧复合材料摊铺量可以增大其拉拔强度,降低其在紫外老化后的拉拔强度损失率。结合经济性考虑,推荐2 kg/m^(2)为环氧复合材料的最佳摊铺量。灰尘和机油污染会严重降低环氧复合材料的粘结性能,50 g/m^(2)的灰尘和机油污染分别使拉拔强度降低了35%和48%。高温下复合结构的粘结性能较差,60℃时的拉拔强度较30℃下降了61%。环氧复合材料和沥青路面微观上存在静电力作用,宏观上具有较高的机械咬合力,共同增强了彼此间的粘结性能。The epoxy composite was used as the anti-slip surface layer for asphalt pavement repair.The optimal paving amount of epoxy composite was determined by taking the pull strength and the loss rate of the pull strength after ultraviolet aging as the evaluation indexes.Based on the optimum paving amount,the influence of interface pollution degree and ambient temperature on the bonding performance of epoxy composites was investigated.The bonding mechanism between epoxy composites and pavement structures was analyzed by zeta potential test and CT scanning test.The results showed that the pull strength was increased and the the loss rate of the pull strength after UV ageing was decreased with the increasing of paving amount of the epoxy composite.Combined with economic considerations,2 kg/m^(2)was recommended as the optimal paving amount for epoxy composites.The dust and oil pollution could seriously reduce the bonding performance of the epoxy composites.The pull strength was decreased by 35%and 48%,respectively for 50 g/m^(2)of dust and oil pollution.The bonding performance of the composite structure at high temperature was poor,and the pull strength at 60℃was reduced by 61%compared with 30℃.The epoxy composites and asphalt pavements had electrostatic force on the microscopic level,and had high mechanical bite force on the macroscopic level,which jointly enhanced the bonding performance between each other.
