摘　　要：随着医疗技术突飞猛进的发展,介入治疗技术、理念等时刻都在更新与进步。通过检索近几年发表于医学综合类及心血管专类顶级学术期刊的临床研究,从腔内影像学和功能学评估、治疗策略以及介入器械等方面,对冠心病介入的最新诊疗进行分类盘点。With the rapid development of medicine,interventional techniques and concepts are all keeping updating constantly.By searching the recent clinical studies published in the top-class international journals,we reviewed the latest research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease(CAD)intervention from the aspects of intravascular imaging or coronary physiological assessment,treatment strategies and interventional devices.
