摘 要:为了提高集成电路引线钎缝检测的精准度,提出了一种低压低功耗集成电路引线钎缝超声波检测方法。在低压低功耗状态下,采集集成电路引线钎缝图像,通过非下采样Contourlet变换(NSCT)对含有噪声的钎缝图像分解,利用高斯比例混合(GSM)模型构建图像模型。引入贝叶斯估计对图像去噪得到重构后初次去噪图像,根据自适应全变差模型对初次去噪图像重构,完成钎缝图像去噪处理。分析集成电路引线组成结构,通过投影距离计算方法定位钎缝位置,根据定位结果采用超声波技术检测集成电路引线是否存在钎缝。试验测试结果表明:所提方法可获取高精度的引线钎焊缝检测结果。In order to improve the accuracy of soldering joint detection for IC leads,a low voltage and low power consumption ultrasonic detection method for IC leads was proposed.Under the condition of low voltage and low energy consumption,the image of integrated circuit lead soldering seam was collected,the weld seam image containing noise was decomposed by non down sampling Contourlet Transform(NSCT),and the image model was constructed by Gaussian Proportional Mixture(GSM)model.Bayesian estimation was introduced to denoise the image to obtain the first denoised image after reconstruction,and the first denoised image was reconstructed according to the adaptive total variation model to complete the weld image denoising.The structure of integrated circuit lead soldering seam was analyzed,and the weld position was located by calculating the projection distance.According to the positioning results,ultrasonic technology was used to detect whether there was weld in the integrated circuit lead soldering.The experimental results showed that the proposed method could obtain high precision lead soldering weld detection results.
