摘 要:采用模拟和实验相结合的方法对TC6钛合金作动筒锻件进行了成形特征分析。首先,借助于Deform-3D模拟软件建立了TC6作动筒等温锻造成形的有限元模型。其次,模拟结果揭示了等温成形过程中材料流动、型腔填充的顺序及成形载荷变化规律。最后,采用实验验证了模拟过程的可靠性和有效性。结果表明,成形过程分为4个阶段,前面3个阶段均出现了正挤和反挤两种挤压模式,在第4个阶段因实心柱体区域已充填完成,所以成形过程是反挤压。随后,根据应力应变场特点,分析了锻件不同区域的受力及变形量。Forming characteristic of TC6 titanium alloy actuator forgings was analyzed by means of simulation and experiment.Firstly,the finite element model for isothermal forging of TC6 actuator was established by means of Deform-3D simulation software.Secondly,the material flow,cavity filling sequence and forming load change law during the isothermal forming process were revealed by simulation results.Finally,the reliability and effectiveness of the simulation process were verified by experiments.The results show that the forming process is divided into four stages,the three stages in front have two extrusion modes:positive extrusion and reverse extrusion.In the fourth stage,the forming process is reverse extrusion because the solid cylinder area is filled.Subsequently,the stress and strain of different areas were analyzed according to the distribution characteristics of the stress and strain field.
