预置初始孪晶对ECAP变形纯镁组织和性能的影响

摘  要:对预置孪晶后的纯镁进行等通道挤压(ECAP),利用光学显微镜、电子万能试验机研究1、2、4道次后组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明在250℃等通道挤压下,预压缩5%的试样比原始试样具有更细的晶粒。2道次挤压后,预孪晶的样品相较于没有预压缩的样品动态再结晶晶粒更多。4道次挤压后晶粒尺寸变得更加均匀。ECAP和预孪晶均能提高纯镁的伸长率。预孪晶4道次挤压后样品的伸长率比原始样品挤压的伸长率提高较大,说明了孪晶在纯镁ECAP变形中起着重要的作用。The pre-twinned pure magnesium was subjected to equal channel extrusion(ECAP).Optical microscope and electronic universal testing machine were used to study the changes of structure and mechanical properties after 1,2,and 4 passes.The results show that the 5%pre-compressed sample has finer grains than the original sample under ECAP at 250℃.After two passes of extrusion,the pre-twinned sample has more dynamic recrystallized grains than the uncompressed sample.The grain size becomes more uniform after 4 passes of extrusion.ECAP and pre-twinning can increase the elongation of pure magnesium.Compared with that of the original sample,the elongation of the pre-twinned sample after 4-pass extrusion is increased significantly,which shows that twins play an important role in ECAP deformation of the pure magnesium.
