摘  要:复合板在热轧过程中因各层材料的力学性能不同而易形成程度不同的镰刀弯。本文以减小钢-锆双金属复合板热轧过程中镰刀弯程度为目标,对其热轧过程中出现镰刀弯的原因进行分析并提出改进措施。结果是该复合板轧后镰刀弯程度由9 mm降低到3 mm以内,极大地降低了钢-锆双金属复合板的镰刀弯程度。In the process of hot rolling,the composite plate is easy to form sickle bending because of different mechanical properties of each layer of material.Taking reducing the scythe curve degree during hot rolling of steel-Zr bimetallic composite plate as target,the causes of sickle bending during hot rolling were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward.The results show that the sickle bending degree is reduced from 9 mm to 3 mm after rolling,which greatly reduces the degree of sickle bending of steel-zirconium bimetallic composite plate.
