数字普惠金融与农民农村共同富裕—— 基于收入差距视角的分析

摘　　要：论文以2011-2019年274个地级及以上城市为研究样本,基于收入差距的视角实证检验数字普惠金融对农民共同富裕的影响效应及其作用机制,研究发现数字普惠金融能够明显缩小城乡居民收入差距和区域农民收入差距,从而促进农民共同富裕。区域异质性分析显示,数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响效果在中西部地区表现得更明显,对区域农民收入差距的影响效果则在东部地区表现得更明显。机制分析表明,数字普惠金融能够通过推动农村创业缩小城乡收入差距,通过促进产业结构升级缩小区域农民收入差距。进一步分析发现,数字普惠金融对农民收入具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。最后,论文为推进数字普惠金融发展、加强金融对乡村振兴的有效支持进而促进全体人民共同富裕提供了经验证据和决策参考。From 2011 to 2019 more than 274 cities at prefectural level and above as the research sample,based on the perspective of income gap,this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on farmers'common prosperity.The research finds that digital inclusive finance can significantly narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents and the regional gap of farmers'income,thereby promoting farmers'common prosperity.The regional heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap is more obvious in the central and western regions,and the impact on the regional income gap of farmers is more obvious in the eastern region.Mechanism analysis shows that digital inclusive finance can narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas by promoting rural entrepreneurship,and narrow the regional gap of farmers'income by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.Further analysis shows that digital inclusive finance has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on farmers'income.The article provides empirical evidence and decision-making reference for promoting the development of digital Inclusive finance,strengthening the effective support of finance to rural revitalization and promoting the common prosperity of all people.
