摘　　要：光动力疗法是一种光化学疗法,具有无创性、选择性作用的优势,目前已广泛应用于医学领域。病毒疣是由人乳头瘤病毒感染引起的皮肤及黏膜组织的良性赘生物,传统的治疗方法有局部外用药物、皮损内注射、冷冻、激光、微波及手术切除等,但有形成溃疡、瘢痕、感染及复发等风险或不良反应。本文就光动力疗法在不同种类病毒疣中的临床应用进行综述,以期为皮肤科医生的工作提供理论依据。Photodynamic therapy is a photochemical therapy,which has the advantages of non-invasive and selective effects,and has been widely applied in clinics.Viral warts are benign vegetations of skin and mucosa caused by human papillomavirus infection,traditional treatments include topical drugs,intralesional injection,freezing,laser,microwave and surgery.However,these methods are effective for visible skin lesions,and there is a risk of ulcer,scar,infection and recurrence.This article reviews the clinical application of photodynamic therapy in different types of viral warts,in order to provide theoretical basis for further work of dermatologists.
