光动力疗法在儿童皮肤病中的应用

摘　　要：光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是通过光敏剂和特定波长及能量的光源产生的光化学反应,导致目标组织不可逆的损伤或坏死,从而治疗疾病的一种物理疗法,具有微创、低毒副作用、高选择性、重复性好、可保护容貌及重要器官功能等优点,目前在恶性肿瘤及多种皮肤疾病的治疗中广泛应用,如用于治疗光线性角化病和基底细胞癌、中重度及重度痤疮、光老化、光线性唇炎、鳞状细胞癌等。但对于儿童皮肤病人群,PDT的使用尚缺乏标准化的应用指南。本综述中,我们将重点讨论PDT在儿童和青少年皮肤疾病中的临床应用、作用机制、方案和不良事件。Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a kind of physical therapy that treats diseases by photochemical reaction of photosensitizer and light source of specific wavelength and energy,resulting in irreversible damage or necrosis of target tissues.It has the advantages of minimal invasiveness,low toxicity and side effects,high selectivity,good repeatability,and protection of appearance and vital organ function.At present,it is widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors and a variety of skin diseases,such as actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma(BCC),moderate to severe acne,photoaging,actinic cheilitis,squamous cell carcinoma,etc.However,there is still a lack of standardized application guidelines for the use of PDT in children with skin diseases.In this review,we will focus on the clinical application,mechanisms of action,protocols,and adverse events of PDT in pediatric and adolescent skin disorders.
