光动力疗法联合手术治疗包皮环切术后尖锐湿疣伴鳞状上皮轻度不典型增生1例

摘　　要：患者男,28岁。龟头、冠状沟、包皮鸡冠状、疣状增生伴角化3月余。皮肤科情况:龟头、冠状沟、包皮手术切口及周围可见环状粉红色鸡冠状、疣状增生,表面呈褐黄色毛刺状角化,龟头及包皮腹侧散在黄色角化性丘疹。组织病理学诊断:尖锐湿疣伴鳞状上皮轻度不典型增生。采用手术联合光动力疗法治疗,痊愈,随访2年无复发。The patient is a 28-year-old male.His glans,coronal sulcus,prepuce coronal,warty hyperplasia have been with the keratosis for more than 3 months.Dermatological conditions:annular pink corn-like and warty hyperplasia could be seen around the glans,coronal sulcus and prepuce incision wound.The brown-yellow burr keratosis could be seen on the surface.A few scattered yellow keratosis papules could be seen in the ventral side of the glans and prepuce.Histopathological diagnosis:condyloma acuminatum accompanied by mild dysplasia of squamous epithelium.The patients were cured by surgery combined with the photodynamic therapy.No recurrence was observed for 2 years.
