5-Aminolevulinic Acid Hydrochloride Photodynamic Therapy in the Treatment of Periungual Wart:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,36岁,右手第1指甲周增生物5年。皮肤科专科情况:右第1指甲周前外侧部见增生物。灰白色,约0.3 cm×0.4 cm,边界不清。颗粒状增生。诊断:甲周疣。治疗:采用CO_(2)激光预处理后,用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,术后随访3个月临床治愈。A 36-year-old male presented with periungual hyperplasia in the first finger of the right hand for 5 years.Dermatology examination:The hyperplasia was seen in the periungual anterolateral side of the first finger of the right hand,which was grey white about 0.3 cm×0.4 cm in size with an obscure boundary.The hyperplasia was granular.Diagnosis:periungual wart.After pretreatment with CO_(2) laser,photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was adopted.The patient was cured clinically during 3-month follow-up.
