摘  要:梅毒是全球传染病防治的重点,近年来其发病率逐年上升。由于梅毒临床表现多样且缺乏特异性,因此诊断较为依赖实验室检查。梅毒的血清学检测是现今诊断梅毒的主要方法,但有局限性。核酸扩增检测技术作为病原学检测之一,特异性高,发展空间大,技术更新快,日后有望成为梅毒诊断的“金标准”,本文就近年来梅毒核酸检测的研究成果和进展做一综述。Syphilis is the focus of the prevention and control of infectious disease worldwide and its incidence rate has been constantly increasing in recent years.Due to its diverse and nonspecific clinical manifestations,the diagnosis of syphilis depends on laboratory tests.Serological testing is the main method for clinical diagnose nowadays,but it has limitations.As one of the of etiological testing,the nucleic acid amplification test(NAAT)has high specificity,large development space and rapid technological updates,and it is expected to become the"gold standard"for the diagnosis of syphilis in the future.This article reviewed the latest research findings and progress of the NAAT for syphilis.
