摘　　要：安全播出是广播电视工作的生命线。根据相关规定,电视中心应提升安全播出保障等级。为此,介绍异地播出系统的设计理论,提出基于安全可靠传输(Secure Reliable Transport,SRT)协议的应急系统并详细阐述其实现过程,为广播电视安全播出提供有效保障。Safe broadcasting is the lifeline of broadcasting and television work.According to relevant regulations,television centers should enhance the level of security broadcasting guarantee.Therefore,this article introduces the design theory of remote broadcasting systems,proposes an emergency system based on Secure Reliable Transport(SRT)protocol,and elaborates on its implementation process,providing effective guarantees for the safe broadcasting of broadcasting and television.
