摘  要:汽车行业是我国碳排放的主要行业之一,研究其低碳发展路径符合可持续发展的要求,汽车低碳转型发展中一个重点研究领域是汽车零部件产品再制造。本文基于生命周期评价法,建立了汽车发动机再制造碳排放核算边界,核算得出一台再制造发动机比一台新品发动机减少6901 kgCO_(2)e排放量,并针对中国汽车市场预测了未来开展再制造工作的减碳趋势,为再制造企业发展路径提供了新思路,也为我国再制造相关政策、标准的制定提供理论与数据支持。The automobile industry is one of the major carbon emitting industries in China,and the study of its emission reduction meets the requirements of sustainable development.Automobile remanufacturing is a process to repair or remanufacture the worn-out or discarded components of an end of life automobile part in order to bring it to the"like new"condition.A key research area is the remanufacturing of automobile parts and components.Under such circumstances,this paper establishes the carbon emission accounting boundary for automobile engine remanufacturing based on the life cycle evaluation method.Then it concludes that a remanufactured engine reduces 6901 kgCO_(2)e emissions than a new engine,and predicts the carbon reduction trend of future remanufacturing work for the Chinese automobile market,which provides new ideas for the development path of remanufacturing enterprises.Moreover,theoretical and data support will be given for China's automobile remanufacturing-related policies and standards.
