数字资本主义时代消费异化的深层根源及其演化逻辑

摘　　要：消费异化根植于资本主义生产方式的基本矛盾,进入垄断资本主义阶段,资本权力不断向消费领域扩张以缓解生产相对过剩危机,利用金融手段实现了对消费者的“二次剥削”,消费越来越脱离商品使用价值满足劳动力再生产的“客观需要”,异化为资本追逐剩余价值最大化的“畸形怪胎”。数字资本主义时代平台资本凭借大数据、云存储、智能算法等数字技术对消费者构建了一套“横向双向不可见”和“纵向单向透明”的全景敞视监狱式的监管模式,消费者被特殊的程序算法分割在不同的“信息茧房”之中,通过游戏化运行方式最大化将消费者注意力时间转化为剩余劳动时间,消费者隐私信息完全暴露在资本的监视和控制之下,消费自主性的丧失使消费异化达到了新高度。Consumption alienation is rooted in the fundamental contradictions of the capitalist mode of production.At the stage of monopoly capitalism,the power of capital expanded into the field of consumption to alleviate the crisis of relative overproduction,using financial means to achieve“secondary exploitation”of consumers.Consumption is increasingly detached from the“objective need”of using the value of commodities to satisfy the reproduction of labor,and has been alienated into a“monstrous freak”of capital chasing after the maximization of surplus value.In the era of digital capitalism,the platform capital has built a panoramic open-view prison model of“horizontal two-way invisibility”and“vertical one-way transparency”for consumers by virtue of digital technologies such as big data,cloud storage and intelligent algorithms.Consumers are divided into different“information cocoons”by a special program algorithm,which maximizes consumers'attention time into surplus labor time through gamified operation.Consumers'private information is completely exposed to the surveillance and control of capital,and the loss of consumer autonomy has led to a new level of consumer alienation.
