摘　　要：本文报道1例肾移植术中发生血管麻痹综合征的病例为该类疾病的临床治疗提供参考。该受者术中移植肾动静脉开放后, 受者发生血管麻痹综合征, 经去甲肾上腺素等血管活性药物治疗后效果不明显, 经亚甲蓝静脉滴注后受者顺利脱机拔管, 恢复良好。The report described one case of vascular paralysis syndrome during kidney transplantation to provide references for clinical practice.After intraoperative opening of kidney artery and vein,the recipient developed vascular paralysis syndrome.However,the efficacy is not obvious after dosing of norepinephrine.After an intravenous infusion of methylene blue,the recipient has a successful removal of tracheal intubation and recovered well.
