摘 要:为优化地铁轨排井设置方式,本文以某城市地铁8号线工作井设置方案为例,通过参考国内地铁轨排井的设计及施工经验,从造价、结构受力、施工难度等方面进行探讨,并结合有限元软件Midas Gen进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:1)利用盾构工作井设置轨排井,并充分利用侧墙+环框梁+顶中底板共同受力体系,无需进行地铁结构外扩且避免了后期大尺寸扶壁柱的凿除,具有一定的可行性;2)轨排孔中部位置位移变形最大,为22.3 mm,中板环框梁最大裂缝为0.117 mm;3)现场监控量测的变形及裂缝数据与盾构工作井三维整体计算结果较吻合。本文成果可为国内外轨排井设置方案优化提供一定的借鉴与参考。In order to optimize the setting method of rail drainage shaft,the working shaft setting scheme of Metro Line 8 of a city is taken as an example,by referring to the design and construction experience of domestic subwayrail drainage shaft,the cost,structural force and construction difficulty are discussed,and the finite element software Midas Gen is combined to carry out numerical simulation analysis.The results show that:1)It has a certain feasibility that the shield working shaft is used to set up rail drainage wells,and the side wall+ring frame beam+roof and bottom plate are fully utilized,which does not need to expand the subway structure and avoid the gouging of large-size buttresses in the later stage;2)The displacement and deformation in the middle of the rail drainage hole is the largest,which is 22.3 mm,and the largest crack in the ring beam of the middle plate is 0.117 mm;3)The deformation and crack data measured by on-site are in good agreement with the three-dimensional overall calculation results of shield working shaft.The results can provide a certain reference for the optimization of rail drainage shaft setting schemes at home and abroad.
