摘　　要：在节能减排的社会背景下,绿色建筑成为建筑业未来发展的重要方向。但目前我国建筑市场中各主体助力绿色建筑发展的积极主动性不高,导致绿色建筑的推广和发展受到一定程度上的阻碍。为了促进绿色建筑在我国的应用,本文从绿色建筑发展中的供给侧角度出发,在政府采取奖励-惩罚双重机制的条件下,利用演化博弈理论对绿色建筑市场中的建设、施工、监理单位这3大主体进行博弈研究,分析其策略稳定状态,探究其推广绿色建筑发展积极主动性的影响因素。结果表明:政府的奖惩力度以及主体自身绿色技术能力是影响各主体选择绿色建筑积极主动性的主要因素,政府的奖惩力度越大、各主体自身的绿色技术能力越高,各主体助力绿色建筑发展的积极主动性就越高。本文成果可为推动绿色建筑在我国的发展提供一定的借鉴与参考。Under the social background of energy conservation and pollution reduction,green building has become an important direction for the future development of construction industry.However,at present,the initiative of each subject in China's construction market to help the development of green buildings is not highly proactive,which hinders the promotion and development of green buildings to some extent.In order to promote the application of green building in China,starting from the perspective of the supply side in the development of green buildings,an evolutionary game theory was used to study such three major subjects as building,construction and supervision units in the green building market under the condition that the government adopted the dual mechanism of reward-punishment,its strategic stability state was analyzed,and the influencing factors of its initiative in promoting green building development were explored.The results show that the government's reward and punishment and the main subject's own green technology ability are the main factors that affect the main subject's initiative in choosing green buildings;the greater the government's reward and punishment and the higher the main subject's own green technology ability,the higher the main subject's initiative in helping the development of green buildings.The results can provide a certain reference for promoting the development of green buildings in China.
