摘　　要：为研究工序质量线上报验系统的实际工作效果,本文以某公路工程项目为背景,通过工程实例,讨论工序质量线上报验系统的工作流程及存在的问题,提出几点解决措施。结果表明:工序质量线上报验系统可以有效提高工序质量验收效率,规范工序质量验收程序,改善工序质量验收管理人员的工作态度和责任心,同时为现场工序质量管理提供了新的管理思路。本文成果可为工序质量线上报验系统在其他工程项目中的技术推广提供参考。In order to study the actual working effect of the online inspection system of process quality,the worklow and existing problems on online inspection system of process quality are discussed through engineering examples against the background of highway engineering projects,and several solutions are proposed.The results show that the online inspection system of process quality can effectively improve the process quality acceptance efficiency,standardize the process quality acceptance procedure,improve the working attitude and responsibility of the management personnel of process quality acceptance,and provide a new management idea for the on-site process quality management.The results can provide references for the technical promotion of online inspection system of process quality in other engineering projects.
