摘  要:专创融合是我国高等教育人才培养改革实践的新理念和新方向。“人的全面发展”是专创融合的逻辑起点,提升以创新能力为统领的核心素养是专创融合的根本目标。作为促进学生“知识、能力、素质”全面协调发展的一种新的人才培养理念,专创融合强调以专业教育为主要载体,以课程建设为基点,通过系统设计人才培养方案,将学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的培养系统嵌入到专业课程之中,其本质是人才培养范式的变革。在实践层面,专创融合需要注重理念培育、机制创新、制度优化和专业建设的协同推进。The integration of specialization and innovation(ISI)is a new concept and direction for the reform practice of talent cultivation in China higher education.The logical starting point of ISI is“comprehensive human development”,and the fundamental goal of ISI is to enhance the core literacy led by innovation ability.As a new talent cultivation concept to promote students'comprehensive and coordinated development of“knowledge,ability and quality”,the ISI emphasizes professional education as the main carrier and curriculum construction as the base,and embeds the cultivation of students'innovation spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness,and innovation and entrepreneurial ability into the professional curriculum by systematically designing the talent cultivation program.The essence is the change of talent cultivation paradigm.At the practical level,the integration of specialization and innovation needs to focus on the synergistic promotion of concept cultivation,mechanism innovation,system optimization,and professional construction.
