摘　　要：ⅠI have not done much preparation for today,since it is the end of the year and I have my hands full.Over the past years,I have had several opportunities to express my opinions,and I do not really have any new ones.Today,I look forward to taking some specific questions from you to exchange our ideas,so I hope this lecture will be rewarding for you.
