摘　　要：南丁的小说《检验工叶英》是20世纪50年代描写工厂新人的重要作品。重读该小说可以借此讨论社会主义现实主义的相关问题,如典型环境问题,即如何写消极、落后及其克服,它不仅影响小说的克服结构,还影响到文学新人的生产。克服结构中车间党支部书记唐亮的军人色彩,不仅意味着建国后军队因素顺利进入工业生产领域并体现着党的领导,也涉及军队之于无产阶级概念的重要性。克服结构中的典型人物叶英,既体现了“新人叙事学”和社会主义理想人物的诉求,又开发出一种通过克服自己并在与现实往返过程中形构新现实的新人新境界。同时,小说也揭示出社会主义文学新人在现实主义写法上所遭遇的挑战。Nan Ding's novel Inspector Ye Ying is an important work describing new workers in factories in the 1950s.Rereading Inspector Ye ling is helpful to discuss some issues of realism,such as the writing of the typical environment,that is,how to write in a negative,backward way and how to overcome it,which afects not only the overcoming structure of the novel,but the production of new literary men.Ye Ying,the typical figure in the overcoming structure,not only embodies the necessity of“new character's narratology”and socialist ideal characters,but also creates a new type of character who overcomes himself and shapes new reality in negotiating with reality.At the same time,the novel also reveals the challenges encountered by the newcomers of socialist literature in realist writing.
