摘  要:目的:探讨三维双激发平衡式稳态自由进动序列(3D-FIESTA-C)多平面重建显示踝管胫神经及其分支的可行性。方法:采用3D-FIESTA-C序列进行成像,扫描时每只脚均与胫骨呈90゜以便于测量标准化。采用多平面重建的方法,在同一层面最大范围显示踝管胫神经及其分支并测量,观察其形态学特点。结果:足底内侧神经与足底外侧神经分叉的角度为6°~35°,在MPR图像上跟骨内侧神经及跟骨下神经的显示率均为100%,且跟骨下神经的起点总是在跟骨内侧神经起点的远端。结论:3D-FIESTA-C序列多平面重建可理想地显示胫神经及其分支的形态学特征及位置,有利于踝管胫神经及分支相关病变的影像学诊断及手术治疗规划。Objective:To explore the feasibility of using three-dimensional fast imaging employing steadystate acquisition(3D-FIESTA-C)sequence for multiplanar reconstruction to demonstrate ankle tibial nerve and its branches.Methods:3D-FIESTA-C sequences was applied.The angle between the foot and the tibia was set to 90°for standardization.Then MPR was used to demonstrate the characteristics of the ankle tibial nerve and its branches within the maximum range at each level.Results:The angle between the medial plantar nerve and the lateral plantar nerve was around 6°to 35°.All medial calcaneus nerves and subcalcaneus nerves were shown on MPR images and the starting points of subcalcaneus nerves were always connecting to the remote starting points of medial calcaneus nerves.Conclusion:Using 3D-FIESTA-C with MPR was able to demonstrate the location and the morphology characters of the ankle tibial nerve,which can assist diagnosing the diseases related to the nerve and its branches as well as providing basis for positioning during surgical planning of ankle tunnel diseases.
