摘　　要：目的探讨平南县≥50岁男性HIV/AIDS患者社会支持现状及相关因素,为平南县≥50岁群体艾滋病的防治工作提供参考。方法选取广西壮族自治区贵港市平南县≥50岁男性HIV/AIDS患者为研究对象进行问卷调查,收集其人口学、社会支持、性行为等信息,采用多元线性回归分析方法,分析≥50岁男性HIV/AIDS患者社会支持的影响因素。结果≥50岁男性HIV/AIDS患者社会支持总分为(27.18±4.75)分,其中客观支持得分为(5.75±1.95)分,主观支持得分为(15.57±2.73)分,对支持的利用度得分为(5.86±1.63)分。98人(98/200,49.00%)认为在患病后周围保持联系的亲朋在减少。较高的文化程度、已婚、有人陪住的居住环境、有工作或离退休、月收入更多、生活质量好可以获得更好的社会支持。结论平南县≥50岁男性HIV/AIDS患者的社会支持水平较差,应加强亲友、社会对老年群体的人文关爱等,并进行心理疏导,给予其更好的社会支持。Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of social support among male HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 and above in Pingnan County,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment among AIDS patients≥50 years old in Guigang.Methods The male HIV/AIDS patients≥50 years old in Pingnan County,Guigang City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects.The demographic information,social support,sexual behavior and other information were collected in questionnaires.Multiple linear regression model was performed to analyze the related factors affecting the social support of the male HIV/AIDS patients≥50 years old.Results The total score of social support for male HIV/AIDS patients≥50 years old was 27.18±4.75,of which the objective support score was 5.75±1.95,the subjective support score was 15.57±2.73,and the utilization score for support was 5.86±1.63.Totally 98 respondents(98/200,49.00%)thought that the number of relatives and friends they keep in contact were decreased after illness.Higher education level,married,living with others,working or retired,higher monthly income,and good quality of life can provide better social support.Conclusions The social support level of male HIV/AIDS patients≥50 years old in Pingnan County is relatively poor.It is necessary to strengthen the humanistic care from relatives,friends and society for the elderly people,and perform psychological counseling,so as to provide them with better social support.
