摘 要:目的将《医务人员对HIV感染者羞辱和歧视量表》中文版调整后用于助产医疗机构医务人员的艾滋病歧视水平测量并评价其信效度。方法通过调试国际标准化量表,形成深圳市助产机构医务人员艾滋病歧视量表,采用Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度评价问卷信度,采用相关性分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析法评价问卷效度。结果调试后的量表包含15个条目,探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累积贡献率为72.272%。验证性因子分析显示,各条目分数与所在维度总分之间的标准化参数估计值在0.364~0.939之间。量表结构模型拟合指标基本都达到适配标准。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.817,分半信度为0.716。各条目与总量表的Spearman相关系数在0.389~0.629之间(P<0.05),各维度与总量表的Spearman相关系数均在0.495~0.690之间(P<0.05)。结论调试后的量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量助产医疗机构医务人员艾滋病歧视水平。Objective To adapt and utilize the Chinese version of Scale for HIV-Related Stigma and Discrimination among Health Care Workers,so as to measure the status of HIV-related discrimination among health care workers in midwifery institutions and assess its reliability and validity.Methods Through debugging the international standardized scale,the HIV/AIDS discrimination scale for health care workers in midwifery institutions in Shenzhen was simplified and adjusted.Cronbach'sαcoefficient and split-half reliability were used to assess the questionnaire reliability.The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis.Results The debugged scale included 15 items.Five common factors were extracted via exploratory factor analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 72.272%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the estimated values of standardized parameters between the scores of each item and the total score of the corresponding dimension ranged from 0.364 to 0.939.The fitting indicators of the scale structure model were basically meet the adaptation standards.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.817,and the split-half reliability was 0.716.The Spearman correlation coefficient between each item and the total scale ranged from 0.389 to 0.629(all P<0.05),and the Spearman correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total scale ranged from 0.495 to 0.690(all P<0.05).Conclusions The debugged scale has good reliability and validity,and can be utilized to assess the status of HIV-related discrimination among health care workers in midwifery institutions.
