摘　　要：抗击艾滋病、结核病和疟疾全球基金(以下简称“全球基金”)是近20年来在全球卫生领域日趋活跃、影响力迅速上升的新型国际组织,在推动全球重大传染病防控、卫生融资、公立医药产品采购市场发展等方面正发挥着愈加重要的作用与功能。本文对全球基金基本概况、融资机制、运作模式和主要经验等进行深入剖析,在结合全球基金与中国既往合作的基础上,就双方在新形势下开展长期战略合作的意义进行分析,并提出政策建议,以期在将来获得更多的多赢成果。The Global Fund to Fight AIDS,Tuberculosis and Malaria(The Global Fund)has become an increasingly active and influential organization in global health during the past two decades.It is now playing an increasingly important role in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases,international financing for health,public procurement market development across the world.The article outlines the basic architecture of the Global Fund,including its overall information,financing mech⁃anism,operational models and key experiences accumulated.Based on previous cooperation,the article analyzes the importance of the long-term partnership between China and the Global Fund,and proposes policy suggestions to achieve more win-win out⁃comes in the near future.
