错位矫正联合放散状冲击波与运动疗法治疗100例骶髂关节紊乱症回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨错位矫正术联合放散状冲击波与运动疗法治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的疗效。方法 通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会评分表(JOA)对我科2018年2月—2021年1月诊断为骶髂关节紊乱症100例患者,进行错位矫正术联合放散状冲击波治疗和运动疗法的治疗前后评分数据分析及疗效评估。结果VAS评分患者治疗前(7.89±0.71)分;治疗后(1.50±1.09)分(t=47.417、P <0.001),100例患者治疗后VAS加权值显示治愈80例,显效15例,有效5例,无效0例。JOA评分治疗前(16.04±4.59)分,治疗后(27.34±0.93)分(t=22.600、P <0.001),JOA治疗后评分改善率,总例数100例,治愈22例,显效66例,有效12例,无效0例。结论 错位矫正术联合放散状冲击波与运动疗法治疗骶髂关节紊乱症效果显著,疗效长远且复发率低,属于非侵入式治疗,操作安全,易于患者接受。Objective To investigate the treatment of dislocation correction combined with loose shock wave and exercise therapy for sacroiliac joint disorder, Methods Retrospective analysis by visual analog scoring method(visual analogue scale/score, VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scale(japanese orthopaedic association scores, JOA) for one hundred patients with sacroiliac joint disorders diagnosed in our department between February 2018 and 2021,Analysis and efficacy evaluation of dislocation correction combined with release shock wave treatment and exercise therapy. Results Before treatment of patients with VAS score(7.89 ± 0.71);after treatment(1.50 ± 1.09)(t=47.417,P 0.001),100 patients showed 80 cured, 15significant, 5 effective and 0 ineffective.JOA score before treatment(16.04 ± 4.59),after treatment(27.34 ± 0.93)(t=22.600,P 0.001),JOA score improvement rate, total 100,22 cured, 66 effective, 12 effective and 0 ineffective. Conclusion Misalignment correction combined with loose shock wave and exercise therapy has significant effect in the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorder, with long-term effect and low recurrence rate.It is a non-invasive treatment, safe operation and easy to accept by patients.
