数字经济发展对县域农业发展质量的影响研究

摘　　要：基于数字经济发展给县域农业发展质量提升带来的作用机制分析,选取粤港澳大湾区内2018—2020年12个县域城市为样本,对数字经济发展和县域农业产业的提升展开详细研究。研究表明:第一,数字经济发展能够有效提升县域农业的发展质量。第二,乡村经济数字化是影响县域农业发展的最重要的因素,其次为乡村数字基础建设、乡村治理数字化和乡村生活数字化。数字基础建设能够为县域农业发展起到基础性的平台作用,数字化的生产、流通、销售以及普惠金融是县域农业发展的核心动力。第三,“四高型”县域农业发展质量受到数字经济发展的促进作用远大于“普通型”县域农业。据此提出发展数字经济,加强数字经济与农业产业的融合,实施差异化县域数字农业发展策略等建议。Based on the analysis of the mechanism of digital economy development to improve the quality of county agricultural development,12 county cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2018 to 2020 were selected as samples to conduct a detailed study on digital economy development and the improvement of county agricultural industry.The research shows that:first,the development of digital economy can effectively improve the development quality of county agriculture.Second,the digitalization of rural economy is the most important factor affecting the development of county agriculture,followed by the digitalization of rural digital infrastructure,rural governance and rural life.Digital infrastructure can play a basic platform role for county agricultural development,and digital production,circulation,sales and inclusive finance are the core driving force of county agricultural development.Third,the development quality of "four high type" county agriculture is promoted by the development of digital economy much more than "ordinary type" county agriculture.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward,such as developing digital economy,strengthening the integration of digital economy and agricultural industry,and implementing the development strategies of digital agriculture in different counties.
