摘  要:以山东省生物医药产业集群为例,分析生物医药产业集群创新发展的作用机制与影响因素,并利用空间杜宾模型对生物医药产业集群创新发展带来的区域经济增长效应进行实证分析。结果表明,山东省各市生物医药集聚水平呈上升趋势且存在区域差异,产业集群通过多重效应共同作用实现创新发展并促进经济增长,生物医药产业集群能够显著促进本地区经济增长且空间溢出效应明显。据此,提出扩大集群规模、构建产学研战略联盟、加强人才引进与培育力度等建议。Taking the biomedical industrial cluster in Shandong Province as the research object,this study theoretically analyses the economic growth effect of its industrial cluster from the aspects of internal causes and mechanism,and uses the SDM model to empirically analyze its economic growth effect.The results show that the level of biomedical agglomeration in Shandong Province is on the rise and there are regional differences.The economic growth effect of biomedical industrial clusters is significant,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.Industrial clusters promote economic growth through multiple effects.Based on this,suggestions are put forward including strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talents,expanding investment attraction,building a strategic alliance between industry,university and research,and making a differentiated development of enterprises in the cluster.
