摘  要:富铁ThMn_(12)型R(Fe,M)_(12)(R=稀土,M=其他元素)和Th_2Ni_(17)/Th_2Zn_(17)型R_2Fe_(17)金属间化合物通常被命名为1-12和2-17型化合物;它们已被开发成为稀土基磁性合金中重要的系列化合物。随着以Sm_(2)Fe_(17)N_(x)和R(Fe,M)_(12)N_(x)(R=Pr,Nd)等氮化物为代表的“间隙原子效应”的发现,以及稀土资源的绿色开采和综合利用的发展,对富铁稀土-过渡金属间化合物的研究成为热点。其中,Sm(Fe,Co)_(12)化合物和间隙原子调制的R(Fe,M)_(12)N(R=Pr,Nd),Sm_(2)(Fe,M)_(17)N_(x)等富铁材料的内禀磁性能与作为当前主流应用的高性能永磁材料Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B相当。这意味着1-12系列包括1-12合金及其氮化物和2-17型Sm-Fe-N氮化物是具有巨大发展潜力的新型永磁材料。本文回顾了1-12和2-17型富铁稀土永磁材料的最新研究成果,并讨论了实现高性能永磁材料的技术与方法。The Fe-rich ternary ThMn_(12)-type R(Fe, M)_(12)(R=rare earth, M=other elements) and Th_2Ni_(17)-and Th_2Zn_(17)-type R_2Fe_(17) intermetallics are usually named 1-12 and 2-17 compounds. They have been developed as important series among rare earth-based magnetic alloys. With the discovery of the "interstitial atom effect" represented by Sm_(2)Fe_(17)N_(x) and R(Fe, M)_(12)N_(x)(R=Pr, Nd) nitrides, tremendous research on the rare earth-transition metal intermetallic compounds has been triggered all over the world. The intrinsic magnetic properties of the Sm(Fe, Co)_(12) compounds and the interstitially modified R(Fe,M)_(12)N(R=Pr, Nd), Sm_(2)(Fe, M)_(17)N_3 nitrides are comparable to those of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B. Accordingly, the 1-12 series(the 1-12 alloys and their nitrides) and 2-17 SmFe-N nitrides are feasible materials with great potential for developing as novel permanent magnetic materials. In this paper, the recent development in these compounds as permanent magnets is reviewed, and possible ways to realize high performance permanent magnet in bulk form is discussed.
