摘  要:本文以首都机场卫生间改造建设为例,阐述了机场航站楼卫生间管理团队转换思维模式,围绕着卫生间的使用者、服务者、管理者三个维度深度挖掘需求,从设计、建设、运营一体化全生命周期的角度开展卫生间设计,并形成新型卫生间建设和管理标准,解决了机场卫生间改造难、管理难的问题,真正做到为旅客提供优质服务的同时管理好旅客,对合约商员工高效管理的同时服务好员工,通过卫生间品质优化实现旅客满意、提升管理效能。Taking the reconstruction of restrooms in Beijing Capital International Airport as an example,this paper expounds how the restroom management team in terminal department altered the way of thinking,investigated the requirements of customers,service providers and managers thoroughly,exercised whole-life restroom development in terms of design,construction and operation and formed a new restroom construction and management standard in an attempt to solve the transformation and management problems in this area.As a result,the team truly achieves the goal of providing high-quality services to passengers while managing them,well managing contractor employees efficiently while serving them well,and improving passenger satisfaction and management eficiency through optimizing the quality of restrooms.
